A Tip for the Day

You can do almost anything for 15 minutes!  Now, I know you don’t want to pick up all the toys, laundry, do the dishes, make another meal, or scrub the toilet.  I don’t either.  Try setting your timer and do the dishes for 15 minutes.  Maybe you get them all done, maybe you don’t but one thing is for sure, there will be less dishes to do later!  The same thing goes for exercise or any other task that just seems out of reach or too hard today.  Do it for 15 minutes and see how you feel.  Sometimes a second wind will hit and you will complete the task and if not, you will feel better because you got something done!  Sometimes we just need to take life in bits and pieces.  Slow down and don’t sweat the small stuff!  That is my PSA of the day 🙂
